Fees for the 14 October 2026 Batch

1-Year Hospital Administration Programme — ₹57,000 all-inclusive (flagship).
Payment plan: ₹5,000 at admission, then 10 monthly instalments of ₹5,200 each. Awarded as a PG Diploma to degree holders and an Advanced Diploma to Plus Two / SSLC entrants — same training, same five certifications.

6-Month Diploma in Hospital Administration — ₹37,000 all-inclusive.
Payment plan: ₹7,000 at admission, then 5 monthly instalments of ₹6,000 each. Fees on both programmes are non-refundable and carry no hidden charges.

What the First Weeks of the October Batch Look Like

Week one is orientation: students meet HOD B.V. Kumar (MHA, MBA, MA, PGDPR, PGDJ) and the faculty of retired hospital administrators, receive the study plan, and are registered for their certifications — the TTMSTRCT Council Trust programme and the UGC-approved university skill course enrolment are initiated at the start, not the end, so there is no certificate-processing delay after the final assessment.

From the second week onward, theory sessions run alongside hands-on practice in the live Hinall HMS lab: patient registration, OP and IP billing, insurance and TPA entries, pharmacy and inventory screens, and medical records workflows on real hospital software. Students on the flagship 1-Year Programme additionally take the AI in Healthcare Administration module and the HLP — Healthcare Leadership Program virtual hospital simulation later in the course; these two are exclusive to the 1-year track and are the main reason we recommend it over the 6-month option for anyone who can commit the time.

Which Slot Suits You

The 9–11 AM slot suits students with afternoon college classes and anyone commuting from outside Kochi who wants to travel outside peak hours. The 11 AM–1 PM slot is the most popular with degree-results candidates and career-changers with a free morning. The 2–4 PM slot works for nurses and hospital staff finishing a morning shift, and for working applicants whose employer has approved afternoon study time. The syllabus, fees, faculty and certifications are identical across all three — only the timing changes.

How Admission Works, Step by Step

2. Choose your programme — the flagship 1-Year Programme (₹57,000, 5 certifications) or the 6-Month Diploma (₹37,000, 3 certifications). Degree holders on the 1-year plan receive the PG Diploma; Plus Two / SSLC students receive the Advanced Diploma. Both plans include the UGC-approved university certificate.
3. Pay the admission amount — ₹5,000 for the 1-Year plan or ₹7,000 for the 6-Month plan. Only payment holds a seat; fees are all-inclusive and non-refundable, with the balance in monthly EMIs (10 × ₹5,200 or 5 × ₹6,000 respectively).
