Who We Are
Our Story
Treneywann Management Studies (TMS) was founded in 2020 in Kochi with a singular mission: to build Kerala's finest Hospital Administration training institute — one where students are taught by people who have actually run hospitals, not just studied them.
Today, TMS is recognized as Kerala's leading practitioner-led Hospital Administration training institute, with 512 successful graduates placed as of 31 July 2026 in top organizations across India and the GCC region.
- 2020: Founded in Vyttila, Kochi — Hospital Administration programmes launched under TMS
- 2023: Established India's only live Hinall HMS training lab for hands-on practice

Our Legacy
Where It Began: A Classroom in 1991
Treneywann Management Studies was founded in Kochi in 2020 by K. Prabhikrishnan. But the teaching philosophy at the heart of our hospital administration training institute began three decades earlier.
In 1991, B.V. Kumar — MHA, MBA, MA, PGDPR, PGDJ — was an active hospital administrator who stepped out of the hospital and into college classrooms as a special guest lecturer, teaching hospital administration long before it became a mainstream career path in Kerala.
Now retired from hospital service after 35+ years across India and the GCC, B.V. Kumar leads our academic team full-time as Head of Management Studies — bringing that lived practitioner knowledge to every TMS student.
Hospital administration is best taught by those who have lived it — a philosophy first carried into a classroom in 1991, and carried into every TMS classroom today.
