About B.V. Kumar
B.V. Kumar brings 35 years of frontline hospital administration experience to the classroom. His career spans senior administrative roles in multi-specialty hospitals across Kerala and the GCC countries — including the UAE and Saudi Arabia — where he managed day-to-day hospital operations, staffing, patient flow, and revenue cycle processes at scale.
Over the past decade, he has specialised in NABH accreditation audits, guiding hospitals through the full quality-certification cycle from gap assessment to final assessment. He has also led Hospital Management System (HMS) software deployments, giving him rare hands-on expertise in the digital systems that now run every modern hospital — expertise he applies directly in Treneywann's live Hinall HMS lab.
He joined Treneywann Management Studies to train the next generation of hospital administrators in Kerala, combining classroom theory with the operational realities of Indian and GCC hospitals. Students describe his sessions as practical, direct, and grounded in real hospital scenarios.
