Treneywann Placement Report — 512 Hospital Administration Graduates Placed
A hospital-by-hospital, role-by-role and salary-by-band placement record for Treneywann Management Studies hospital administration graduates in Kerala and the GCC — counted as of 31 July 2026.
What This Number Is — and What It Is Not
Placement claims in Kerala's training sector are usually unfalsifiable. "Thousands placed" across an institute running twelve unrelated courses tells a prospective student nothing about their own odds in their own field. This page exists so that anyone considering a hospital administration course can check the claim before paying a fee.
Treneywann Management Studies is a hospital administration training institute that teaches one discipline and nothing else — no logistics, no medical coding, no hotel management. So 512 is not an aggregate. It is the count of hospital administration graduates placed into hospital administration roles, in named hospitals, as of 31 July 2026.
The breakdowns below cover the same 512 graduates three ways — by employer, by role and by starting salary. Each set totals 512.
Placements by Hospital
| Hospital / Employer group | Location | Graduates placed |
|---|---|---|
| Aster Medcity | Cheranalloor, Kochi | 68 |
| Rajagiri Hospital | Aluva, Ernakulam | 54 |
| Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences | Edappally, Kochi | 51 |
| VPS Lakeshore | Maradu, Kochi | 47 |
| KIMSHEALTH | Thiruvananthapuram & Kochi | 43 |
| Medical Trust Hospital | M.G. Road, Ernakulam | 38 |
| Lisie Hospital | Ernakulam North | 33 |
| Sunrise Hospital | Kakkanad, Kochi | 29 |
| Other Kerala hospitals — Ernakulam Medical Centre, PVS Memorial, Baby Memorial, Jubilee Mission, Caritas, Believers, Malabar and district hospitals | Across Kerala | 92 |
| GCC hospitals | UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman | 57 |
| Total placed as of 31 July 2026 | 512 | |
The concentration in Ernakulam district is not accidental. The campus sits at Vyttila Junction, minutes from the state's densest hospital cluster, which is why the Kochi employers dominate this table. See hospital administration jobs in Kochi for the local market in detail.
Placements by Role
Hospital administration is not one job. The same diploma opens several distinct desks, and graduates fan out according to aptitude, the mock-interview assessment and what each hospital needs that quarter.
| Role placed into | Graduates | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Front Office / OPD Executive | 106 | 21% |
| Billing Executive | 84 | 16% |
| TPA / Insurance Coordinator | 78 | 15% |
| Medical Records (MRD) Officer | 61 | 12% |
| Hospital HR Executive | 44 | 9% |
| Ward / IPD Coordinator | 39 | 8% |
| NABH Quality Executive | 31 | 6% |
| Stores & Purchase Executive | 27 | 5% |
| Patient Relations Executive | 25 | 5% |
| Administration Executive / Management Trainee | 17 | 3% |
| Total | 512 | 100% |
Front office and billing remain the widest entry doors because every hospital staffs multiple counters per shift. The two specialist desks — TPA and insurance and medical records — pay more from the start and are where a graduate who wants a technical career should aim by year two.
Placements by Starting Salary
These are gross monthly salaries at the point of joining — before PF, ESI, shift allowance and the annual increment that typically lands at the six or twelve month mark.
| Starting salary band | Graduates | Typical roles in this band |
|---|---|---|
| ₹18,000–₹20,000 | 171 | Front office, OPD, ward coordination |
| ₹20,001–₹22,000 | 148 | Billing, MRD, HR, stores |
| ₹22,001–₹25,000 | 109 | TPA, quality, corporate-hospital billing |
| ₹25,001–₹28,000 | 27 | PG Diploma holders on specialist desks |
| GCC — AED 3,000–8,000 (₹70,000–₹1,85,000) | 57 | Insurance, admissions and administration roles abroad |
| Total | 512 |
Two things are worth noticing. First, the ₹37,000 six-month diploma fee is recovered in roughly two months of a first salary. Second, the band a graduate starts in matters less than the desk they start on — a TPA or quality executive is usually earning ₹35,000–₹55,000 by year three to five. Full progression figures are in the Kerala salary guide.
Why 100% Placement Assurance Is Possible Here
An institute can only promise assurance if it controls three things: who it can call, how well it prepares the candidate, and whether the candidate can actually do the work on day one. TMS controls all three.
A network built over 35 years, not bought
HOD B.V. Kumar (MHA, MBA, MA, PGDPR, PGDJ) spent 35+ years in hospital administration across India and the GCC. The HR heads and administrators he deals with today are former colleagues, former reports and former counterparts. Requirements come to the institute before they reach a job board — which is where the majority of Kerala hospital administrative vacancies are actually filled.
Mock interviews conducted by a former hiring manager
Every batch is put through mock interviews by faculty who used to sit on the panel. Candidates rehearse the real questions — a denied cashless claim, a discharge billing dispute, a missing case sheet before a medico-legal request — and get communicative English coaching, because Kerala hospital HR assesses fluency in the room.
HMS proficiency that removes the training cost for the employer
TMS is India's only authorised training partner of Hinall AI Labs Pvt Ltd and operates the only live Hinall HMS lab in India. Graduates arrive having worked 48 modules across 16 departments in production-grade software. Hospitals hire them because they save six to eight weeks of on-the-job training — the commercial reason placements keep repeating with the same employers.
That is why the institute states 100% Placement Assurance and not "placement assistance." Support continues until the graduate is placed.
GCC Placements — 57 Graduates Abroad
Kerala and the Gulf share a healthcare labour corridor, and hospital administration travels well. Of the 512, 57 graduates are working in GCC hospitals: 26 in the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah), 14 in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam), 9 in Qatar (Doha) and 8 in Oman (Muscat, Sohar). Typical GCC packages run AED 3,000–8,000 per month (roughly ₹70,000–₹1,85,000), usually with accommodation or an allowance and annual air passage.
Two things make the move realistic. The TTMSTRCT Council Trust Diploma and Maya Devi University certificate are embassy attestable, which is a hard requirement for a Gulf work visa. And the curriculum is internationally updated, covering the insurance-driven billing model that dominates GCC hospitals.
Most graduates make this move after two to three years of Kerala experience rather than straight out of the course, because Gulf employers want a demonstrated track record on a live desk. To be precise about what is offered: the 100% Placement Assurance applies to placement in Kerala. GCC roles are additional opportunities supported through the alumni network, attested certifications and interview preparation — not a guaranteed overseas posting. Details are on the GCC hospital administration careers hub.
Counting note: 512 placements counted as of 31 July 2026. The next count update is at year-end. Figures are not aggregated across other courses, because TMS runs no other courses.
