Where Each One Genuinely Wins
- Medvarsity — the strongest brand association of the four. It is accredited by the British Accreditation Council and linked to the Apollo Hospitals Educational and Research Foundation. If a recognisable hospital-group name on the certificate is what matters most to you, this is a fair reason to choose it. At ₹13,696 for three months it is also competitively priced. Its published syllabus, however, is two modules and a final assessment.
- Symbiosis SSODL — the best-known academic brand, and a full twelve-month diploma with six courses and a capstone project. If you want a university-brand diploma and can commit a year, it is a serious option. The practical obstacle for a Kerala nurse is the mandatory campus contact sessions in Pune.
- NHCA — fully online with live classes, lifetime recordings and home-based exams, and it states its certificate is accepted internationally. It is the most expensive of the four at ₹45,000, and it also runs courses well outside hospital work — psychology counselling, child psychology, school and parent counselling, nutrition and dietetics.
- Treneywann — lowest cost at both durations, two certificates including a UGC-approved university skill certification, ten modules, the only in-person option in Kerala, and the only placement assurance (within Kerala). Taught by a hospital administrator of 35+ years with serving and retired nursing superintendents.

What About MSc Nursing?
MSc Nursing is not a competitor to any of these — it is a two-year Indian Nursing Council postgraduate degree costing ₹1–5 lakh or more, required for nursing college teaching posts and clinical specialisation.
