Why Fully-Online HMS Training Doesn't Work — An Honest Explanation
HMS software is production-grade hospital software. Training on screenshots, slide decks or recorded demos is not the same as operating live patient registration, running full billing cycles, and processing TPA claims on real software — the way you will on day one of a hospital job.
Employers know this. Hospitals that run HMS software test proficiency in interviews — they sit candidates at a terminal or walk them through workflows verbally. A candidate who has only watched videos is exposed within minutes.
This is why Treneywann does not offer fully-online HMS training — and why you should be cautious of any institute that claims to do so. If a course promises complete hospital software training with zero campus attendance, ask exactly how you will practise on live software. The answer matters more than the certificate.

Fully-Online Certificates — A Reality Check
Some institutes offer fully online hospital administration certificates. Before you enrol in one, know three things:
- These certificates do not include HMS lab training — the single most employer-tested skill in hospital administration hiring.
- Many are not NORKA/MEA attestable, which closes the door on GCC hospital jobs — the highest-paying path for Kerala graduates.
