The Founding Story

K. Prabhikrishnan launched Treneywann Management Studies in 2020 after identifying a clear gap in Kerala's education landscape: despite the state's large and growing hospital sector, there was no dedicated hospital administration institute offering practical HMS software training combined with a genuine placement assurance.

Most existing programmes taught theory from textbooks. Hospitals, meanwhile, needed staff who could work a front desk, process a TPA claim, and operate a hospital management system from day one. Treneywann was built to close that gap — with a live Hinall HMS software lab at its core and a 100% placement assurance behind every admission.

As of 31 July 2026, Treneywann has placed 512 alumni in hospitals across Kerala and the GCC countries.

Vision

Every TMS graduate should be working in their chosen role within 3 months of completing the course. Not "eventually employed" — placed, working, and growing in a hospital career they chose.
