  • Principles of Management: Planning, Staffing, Directing, and Controlling in a clinical setting.
  • Medical Terminology: Speaking the doctor's language (e.g., knowing the difference between Neurology and Nephrology).

Module 2: Departmental Operations (The Core)

Goal: Managing specific units.

  • 🛡️ Front Office: Queue management, PRM (Patient Relationship Mgmt) software.
  • 📋 Medical Records (MRD): Digital storage, strict GDPR/DISHA privacy laws.
