How This Data Was Compiled — Methodology Note
The data on this page comes from three sources: (a) employer conversations with hospital HR departments, (b) salary ranges from hospital job postings tracked by our placement team, and (c) aggregate observations from 6+ years of placement activity.
Individual student placement records are not published. No student is named. No individual offer letter is reproduced. This is the same standard as an industry salary survey: aggregate counts and ranges are shared; personal records stay confidential.
