100% Placement Assurance — What It Means at Treneywann
Every other hospital administration institute in Kerala says "placement assistance". Treneywann Management Studies says 100% Placement Assurance — a written commitment at admission to keep working with you, interview after interview, until you are placed in a hospital.
"Assurance" vs "Assistance" — the difference that decides your job
Read the fine print on any Kerala institute's brochure and you will almost always find the word assistance. It is a soft word, and it is chosen deliberately. Here is exactly what separates the two.
| What happens | Typical "Placement Assistance" (other institutes) | Treneywann 100% Placement Assurance |
|---|---|---|
| Resume | A generic resume template is emailed to the batch. | Your resume is written with you, in the format Kerala hospital HR departments actually shortlist from. |
| Interview preparation | A one-hour "interview tips" session for the whole class. | Individual mock interviews modelled on real hospital HR rounds — front office scenarios, patient complaint handling, TPA questions, NABH basics. |
| Hospital contact | Vacancy links forwarded on WhatsApp. You apply on your own. | Direct introduction to the hiring manager or HR contact at a named partner hospital. |
| If the first interview fails | Nothing further. The list has been shared; the obligation is considered met. | You are debriefed, re-prepared, and introduced to the next hospital. The cycle repeats. |
| After the course ends | Support usually ends with the certificate. | Follow-up continues after certification until you are placed. |
| Cost of placement support | Sometimes a separate "placement registration" charge. | Included in the fee — ₹29,000 (6-Month Diploma) / ₹49,000 (1-Year PG Diploma), all-inclusive. No extra charge, ever. |
No honest institute can guarantee that a hospital will hire a specific person; hiring decisions belong to the hospital. What Treneywann can and does commit to is effort without an end date — that is what 100% Placement Assurance means. We will not stop preparing you and introducing you until you are placed. Any institute using the word "guarantee" is describing something it does not control.
The placement record, by the numbers
These are not projections or industry averages copied from a report. They are Treneywann's own placement records, batch by batch, from 2020 to the current August 2026 intake. Ask to see the batch-wise list when you visit the Vyttila campus — we will show you names, hospitals and joining dates.
Hospitals where Treneywann students work
Named hospitals, not "leading multi-speciality hospitals across Kerala". Every hospital below has hired at least one Treneywann-trained student.
Front Office Executive, Patient Relations Executive, Billing & TPA Coordinator. A large quaternary-care campus — high patient volume means continuous front-office and insurance-desk hiring.
Patient Relations Executive, MRD Officer, Hospital Administration Trainee. Strong documentation and quality culture — a good first hospital for students aiming at NABH work.
Front Office Executive, Billing & TPA Coordinator, HMS Operator. Part of a group with GCC operations — useful exposure for students planning a Gulf move later.
MRD Officer, HMS Operator, Hospital Administration Trainee. One of the largest hospitals in Kerala; medical records and HMS teams recruit in numbers.
Front Office Executive, Patient Relations Executive, NABH Quality Executive. A multi-unit group, so internal transfers between units are possible after a year or two.
Front Office Executive, Billing & TPA Coordinator, MRD Officer. City-centre location — convenient for students living in and around Ernakulam town.
Patient Relations Executive, HMS Operator, Hospital Administration Trainee. Close to the Infopark belt — a frequent first placement for Kakkanad-area students.
Front Office Executive, MRD Officer, NABH Quality Executive. Long-established teaching hospital with structured departmental hierarchies and clear promotion paths.
Treneywann students arrive already trained on a live hospital management system — the Hinall HMS lab, 48 modules across 16 hospital departments, India's only live lab of its kind. An HR manager hiring a front-office or billing candidate does not have to spend six weeks teaching software basics. That is the single biggest reason a Treneywann introduction converts more often than a walk-in application.
How the placement process actually works — step by step
The placement cell starts working with you in the final third of the course — not after you finish.
Your qualification, communication level, HMS lab performance and department preference are reviewed. Your resume is then written with you in the layout Kerala hospital HR teams shortlist from — certifications first, HMS module list visible, department preference stated. Your 5 attestable certificates including the UGC-approved Maya Devi University credential are positioned where a recruiter reads them in the first ten seconds.
Not generic HR practice. You face the questions Kerala hospitals actually ask: how you would handle an angry attender at the front desk, what you would do if a TPA pre-authorisation is delayed, how you would file an incomplete discharge summary, what NABH means for daily front-office work. Sessions are run under B.V. Kumar (MHA, MBA, MA, PGDPR, PGDJ), whose 35+ years across Indian and GCC hospitals include sitting on the hiring side of these panels.
When you are interview-ready, your profile goes directly to a named contact at a partner hospital — not into a job portal. You are told which hospital, which department, which role and when the interview is. Preference is given to hospitals near where you live wherever a partner unit operates.
If the interview does not convert, we ask the hospital why, tell you exactly what to fix, run another mock round, and arrange the next introduction. This loop is the actual substance of 100% Placement Assurance — the part every "placement assistance" promise leaves out.
We help you read the offer — salary, shift pattern, probation, bond clauses if any — before you sign. After joining, the placement cell checks in during your first months, and stays available when you are ready for your next move, including a later GCC application.
What you earn after placement — Kerala and GCC
| Role | Kerala — fresher, per month | GCC — with 2–3 yrs experience |
|---|---|---|
| Front Office Executive | ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 | ₹80,000 – ₹1,10,000 |
| Patient Relations Executive | ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 | ₹85,000 – ₹1,15,000 |
| Billing / TPA Coordinator | ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 | ₹95,000 – ₹1,30,000 |
| MRD Officer | ₹19,000 – ₹24,000 | ₹90,000 – ₹1,20,000 |
| HMS Operator | ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 | ₹85,000 – ₹1,20,000 |
| NABH Quality Executive | ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 | ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 |
| Hospital Administration Trainee | ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 | ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 |
Freshers start at ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month. Roles requiring HMS and documentation skill — billing, TPA, MRD, NABH quality — start at the upper end. Most students see a first revision within 12–18 months, and supervisory roles typically follow at the 3-year mark.
Gulf hospital administration roles pay ₹80,000–₹1,50,000 per month, but they almost always require 2–3 years of Indian hospital experience first. Treneywann does not claim a placement network outside Kerala. What we provide for GCC applications is placement assistance: attestation and documentation guidance for the UGC-approved credential, CV formatting for Gulf recruiters, and interview preparation. The 100% Placement Assurance applies to Kerala placements.
Placement FAQs
It is a written commitment made at admission that the institute will keep working with you until you are placed in a hospital administration role. It covers four things: resume preparation in hospital HR format, individual mock interviews modelled on real hospital HR rounds, direct introductions to hiring managers at named partner hospitals, and follow-up that continues after the course ends. 512+ students have been placed under this commitment since 2020.
No, and we are deliberate about the wording. A hospital makes its own hiring decision — no institute controls that. What Treneywann controls is effort, and that effort has no end date: preparation, introduction, debrief, next introduction, repeated until you are placed. That is 100% Placement Assurance.
512+ since 2020, across 8+ named hospitals and 7 role types. The batch-wise placement register — student, hospital, role, joining month — is available to view at the Vyttila campus.
Aster Medcity (Cheranalloor), Rajagiri Hospital (Aluva), VPS Lakeshore Hospital (Nettoor), Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (Edapally), KIMS Health, Medical Trust Hospital (MG Road), Sunrise Hospital and Lisie Hospital — all NABH-accredited multi-speciality hospitals that recruit regularly for front office, patient relations, billing and TPA, medical records and quality departments.
Seven core roles: Front Office Executive, Patient Relations Executive, Billing / TPA Coordinator, Medical Records Department (MRD) Officer, HMS Operator, NABH Quality Executive, and Hospital Administration Trainee. Which one you are introduced for depends on your communication strength, Hinall HMS lab performance and department preference.
₹18,000–₹25,000 per month in Kerala. Front office and patient relations typically start at ₹18,000–₹21,000; billing, TPA, MRD and NABH quality start at ₹20,000–₹25,000 because they need HMS and documentation skill. GCC hospital administration roles pay ₹80,000–₹1,50,000 but normally require 2–3 years of Kerala hospital experience first.
Support continues. The placement cell keeps arranging introductions and interview slots after certification. Students who did not convert an early interview are debriefed, re-prepared with fresh mock rounds, and sent to the next hospital. There is no cut-off date at which we stop.
No. Plus Two is enough for the 6-Month Diploma (₹29,000) and for entry roles like Front Office Executive, Patient Relations Executive and HMS Operator. A degree in any stream makes you eligible for the 1-Year PG Diploma (₹49,000) and speeds up movement into billing, TPA, MRD and NABH quality roles. Both carry the same 100% Placement Assurance.
Yes. Live online students from Trivandrum, Kollam, Kottayam, Thrissur, Calicut, Kannur and elsewhere get the same 100% Placement Assurance. Introductions are arranged in your preferred district wherever a partner hospital operates, and in Kochi otherwise. Online students attend the Hinall HMS lab in Kochi for practical sessions.
None. Placement support is inside the fee — ₹29,000 for the 6-Month Diploma and ₹49,000 for the 1-Year PG Diploma, both all-inclusive of the 5 attestable certificates including the UGC-approved Maya Devi University credential, Hinall HMS lab access and study materials. No placement registration fee, no commission when you join a hospital.
Not in hospital administration. Compare brochures and you will find "placement assistance" everywhere — a word that ends the institute's obligation once a vacancy list is shared. Treneywann is the only hospital administration institute in Kerala offering 100% Placement Assurance, and the only one publishing named hospitals alongside a placement count.
