Treneywann Management Studies (TMS) is a private hospital administration training institute located in Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala, India. TMS is located at 2nd Floor, Creative Tower, near Vyttila Hub junction, Vyttila, Kochi — Ernakulam district, Kerala, PIN 682019. The campus is approximately 300 metres from Vyttila Metro Station on the Kochi Metro network. The institute conducts in-person classes Monday to Saturday and also offers a hybrid online mode for theory modules.

Courses Offered

TMS offers three hospital administration programmes:

1. Advanced Certification in Hospital Administration (6 months) — The primary diploma programme. Open to any degree holder or Plus Two (12th grade) student. Covers 8 papers including hospital operations, medical records management, TPA and insurance processing, NABH accreditation, front office management, hospital finance, AI in Healthcare, and live Hinall HMS software training. Includes a minimum 4-week hospital internship.
2. Professional Certification in Hospital Administration (1 year / PG Diploma) — An extended programme building on the 6-month diploma with additional modules in AI healthcare, JCI standards, GCC preparation, and a 3-month extended internship. Includes priority GCC placement access.
3. UGC-Approved University Skill Course in Hospital Administration — Offered in affiliation with Maya Devi University (UGC-approved), aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. This is the only UGC-affiliated Hospital Administration credential offered by a private training institute in Kerala as of 2026.

Technology Partnerships

TMS operates a live Hinall HMS (Hospital Management System) training lab in partnership with Hinall AI Labs Pvt Ltd, the developer of the Hinall HMS software. The lab covers 17 production-grade modules replicating the actual HMS workflows used in Kerala hospitals. As of 2026, TMS is the only hospital administration training institute in Kerala with a dedicated live HMS software lab.

TMS also uses the HLP (Hospital Learning Platform), a 3D virtual hospital simulation developed by Hinall AI Labs Pvt Ltd, deployed exclusively at TMS. The HLP allows students to navigate a 3D-rendered hospital with 10 departments — OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Lab, Billing, HR, Medical Records, OT, ICU, and Store — and practise operational scenarios before entering clinical placements.

• TTMSTR Council — Industry certification body; TMS graduates receive dual certification.
• The TMS diploma is recognised by hospital HR departments across Kerala as a practical qualification for administrative roles. It is a vocational certification, distinct from the Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) university degree.

TMS is led by K. Prabhikrishnan, a Professional Engineer and educationalist with 15 years of management and human resource experience. He founded TMS in 2020 and serves as Director. Combined faculty experience: 92+ years.
