What to Realistically Expect During a Hospital Administration Internship
- Most Kerala hospitals do not pay a stipend during the training internship — this is the norm, not the exception.
- Some provide a transport allowance of ₹500–₹1,500 per month instead of a stipend.
- NABH-accredited hospitals often have formal internship cells with structured rotations — better learning, still usually unpaid.
