What Kerala Open School Is

Kerala State Open School — KSOS — is the state's open schooling system, functioning under SCERT Kerala within the General Education Department. One practical note for students planning a Gulf career later: NIOS is a central government body and its documents sometimes move through the attestation chain with less friction than state open-school documents. This has no bearing on your eligibility at TMS or on Kerala hospital employment — it is purely an attestation consideration. If the GCC is your goal, bring your certificate to the counselling session and the admissions team will walk through the document path with you before you enrol, so there are no surprises two years from now.
